PYRAMID LAKE
Pyramid Lake is a beautiful lake located on Paiute Indian land. Many People pass by the lake on the way to Burning Man event. Day and overnight use at the lake or its environs is allowed, but a permit is required. The I-80 smoke shop is the most convenient location for North Bound Burners to purchase a day or an overnight permit. The Pyramid Lake Marina (which has maps, gas and supplies) is a great spot to stop. Don't miss the interpretive installation.
